Founded and operated by Dr. Rafik Soliman, a dedicated General Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in Australia. Accessible Angel Care was created with a vision to bridge compassionate support with medical insight.
Dr. Soliman’s extensive experience supporting people with disabilities drives our commitment to delivering personalised care that respects each person’s unique needs and goals.

Dr. Soliman brings a holistic, health-first approach to disability support, grounded in two decades of medical experience. As both a GP and founder, he is dedicated to creating a service where every participant feels genuinely cared for, respected, and supported in their goals.
Matilda – Operational Manager
Matilda ensures our services run smoothly and meet the individual needs of every participant. Her compassionate leadership and day-to-day support help bring our values to life across the team.
